The location of the hotel was fantastic, being right in the center of Antwerp. Guests had easy access to the Grote Markt, with just a 5-minute walk. the customer service provided by Tatiana was exceptional, with clear and prompt communication about all necessary information.

It was quite inconvenient to have to navigate the narrow spiral staircase with no handrail when carrying luggage.

The room at Luxury Suites was absolutely amazing! It had a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, so I could prepare my own meals and save some money. The flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Plus, the private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries made me feel like royalty. Being able to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with the tea/coffee maker was such a nice touch. I felt right at home in this suite!

One thing that I personally didn't prefer was the parquet floors in the units. But hey, that's just my taste, and others might still find it stylish and enjoyable.
